In 2011, Aaron Paulette decided to take a leap of faith into entrepreneurship with his wife, Nicole. His 14-plus years of industry experience (1997 - 2011) at a prior company included roles such as Director of Field Operations and Safety Director, and he knew what he wanted out of owning his own business. Elevated Services, LLC has grown tremendously over the past few years, and the Paulettes say they owe their success to one simple principle:
"TAKE PRIDE IN EACH THING WE DO, NO MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL."
Elevated Services, LLC is a voting member of NATE (National Association of Tower Erectors). Aaron Paulette is a member of NATE's Board of Directors and sits on NATE's Safety and Education Committee, and Nicole Paulette sits on NATE's Member Services Committee. Nicole has been published multiple times in Tower Times, NATE's trade magazine. In 2014, 2015, and 2017, Carroll County Chamber of Commerce recognized Elevated Services, LLC with the Golden Shovel Award for commitment to innovation and growth.
No matter how fast the company grows, the Paulettes maintain a focus on family and community - those for whom they work so hard. Aaron is a member of the NRA and the Arbor Day Foundation. The Paulettes also support Compassion International. Nicole serves as treasurer of Girl Scouts of America Oginalii Service Unit. She sits on the Strategic Planning Committee for Carrollton Exempted Village Schools, is a member of Ohio's Workforce Development Board for Region 16, and sits on the Board of Directors for Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau.
